Acknowledgements

As you may have noticed, there's a lot of material on this site.  The influences on my life and into my writing have been vast and varied, but some friends take an active interest in my writing to the point they actually critically read the work pre-publication.

KrisAnn MacPhee has stood up as my biggest fan and wants to read everything.

I need to thank Russ Richards for input on several short stories.

David Critchett teaches at the Community College of Rhode Island, including classes of Science Fiction and "Literature of the Imagination and Fantasy."  I found his routine instruction invaluable in looking at my genre in general and in some very specific terms has proven an invaluable influence on my writing.  "Braced for the Bite" was in fact originally produced for his Fantasy class, and the as-yet unpublished "Thoroughfares for all Thoughts" was originally written for his Science Fiction class.

I especially feel the need to acknowledge one person who has been "w!ldly" supportive of my writing, Randy Conlin, owner of W!ldtime Comics of 703 Washington Street/Route 1, South Attleboro, Massachusetts 02703

Randy has painstakingly read through hundreds and perhaps thousands of pages of manuscript and has provided often invaluable advise regarding flow and content among other semantics, including several short stories such as "Nothing Compares," has read the entirety of Uncommon Criminals and major portions of the Renegades.  His input directly led to the writing of Chapter 107.

So if you've liked what you've read here, give Randy a round of applause.  Better yet, patronize W!ldtime Comics.
